3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotations and cost estimates provided by Aariv Homes are based on the information available at the time of issue.
Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated on the document and may be subject to change if design specifications, materials, or project conditions are altered.
A formal building contract must be signed before the commencement of any construction work.
4. Building Contracts
Each project undertaken by Aariv Homes will be governed by a written building contract outlining:

Payment terms and schedules
Warranty and defect liability period
Client and builder responsibilities
Work will only commence once all required documents, permits, and approvals have been finalised.
5. Payments
Payments are made in stages as outlined in the signed building contract.
Invoices must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of work until the account is settled.
6. Variations
Any variations or changes to the original scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.

Every new home is covered by a 10-year structural warranty and complies with Australian building codes and warranty insurance requirements.

9. Intellectual Property
