Our comprehensive process covers every stage of your project, including home design, interior detailing, planning and permits, building documentation, landscaping, construction, and more.
Aariv Homes will submit a building permit application to the Building Surveyor, who will review and issue the Building Permit once all relevant documents are approved. We’ll then begin site preparation, setting up amenities and fencing. Trades will be scheduled, and timelines confirmed before construction begins.
